Sagittal Reformat of an Abdominal CT         (Return to List of Available Self-Test Images - Normal Structure)

This is a contiguous series of sagittally reformatted CT slices of the same 51y old man whose axial and coronal slices are shown in the previous sets of images. The first slice is most rightward, and the series progresses to the patient's left. You can scan through the series either by (1) positioning the cursor over the image, holding down the left mouse button, then sliding the cursor up or down the image, or (2) hitting the keyboard keys > and < (no shift required). Scan through this series of CT slices and try to identify the structures that are labeled. The answers will be revealed when you click on the appropriately labelled drop-down arrows below the image.
